Because we know that some of our clients prefer to be closer to the
beach than to the bars, we're pleased to suggest the Atlantic Club
which is just a 10 minute walk from the one of the Costa del Sol's
most popular gay and nudist beach at 'Cabopino', Marbella (this is
about 25kms from the Torremolinos gay scene so please keep this in
mind - there are no gay bars in easy walking or taxi distance, and
limited bars/shops/restaurants within 10 minutes walk).
The Atlantic Club is a large hotel complex (which also operates
as a 'resort' - in other words a timeshare complex), with
accommodation based in good quality one bedroom duplex (two storey)
apartments. Each apartment is furnished to a very good standard, and
is complete with a kitchenette, lounge dining area, and toilet
downstairs before heading up to an air conditioned bedroom with
balcony and bathroom. Access to each apartment is possible without
passing through reception.
The complex is starting to show its age a little in our opinion,
but is still a great option. If you can tear
yourself away from the beach, the complex has two outdoor pools, an
indoor pool, gymnasium and restaurant.
